PVC Sheet is a very good printing material.

Unlike glossy white plastic boards, its surface is matte. We also have linen texture and coarse-grained Polyvinyl Chloride Sheet, which can be made into PVC Film with a density typically between 1.45g/cm3 and 1.55g/cm3. According to the degree of shading, it can be divided into ordinary matte white PVC Board and high shading PVC board. When using matte White PVC Sheet as a printing material, double-sided printing is sometimes required, so the sheet needs to have good light shielding properties, such as for making playing cards, business cards, and other advertising purposes. Our White Pvc Plastic Sheet is suitable for UV offset printing and screen printing, and the size can be customized according to customer requirements. Due to the uneven surface of matte white PVC board, it is easy to absorb ink. For smooth white PVC sheet we can perform corona treatment to make it easier to print.It can also be used for thermoforming and vacuum forming. Customers can print it first and then use a vacuum forming machine to make it into different shapes.
